Hazeldene Care Home

Hazeldene Care Home extends a warm welcome to all. Situated on the edge of the Ribble Valley, Hazeldene is a delightful Georgian property standing in its own beautiful grounds with magnificent views to the Fylde Coast. We are three miles from Blackburn town centre, facilities nearby include, a regular bus service, Wilpshire railway station, local post office and shops, Wilpshire golf club and churches of different denominations.

Hazeldene is registered to provide care for 59 clients. There are two completely separate units. One unit caters for 38 Residential/Respite clients, whilst the other unit caters for 21 clients with Dementia. Our aim here at Hazeldene is to provide a warm, friendly, homely environment providing individually tailored care, We endeavor to always work with our clients not for them.

THE HOME

At Hazeldene we pride ourselves on our food, placing great emphasis on quality and variety. We provide an excellent choice of daily menu, with special diets being catered for. Residents can either dine in the spacious dining room, with waitress service, in one of the quieter dining rooms or in the privacy and comfort of their own room.

We have beautiful lawned areas to the front of the home, which are accessible to all and a secure garden for people with Dementia to wander in, keeping them safe whilst enjoying walking in the garden.
